Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment process, from advertising job openings to onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and support the development of programs to enhance employee skills.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer benefits programs, ensure competitive pay, and assist with performance reviews and salary adjustments.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and oversee the preparation of HR documentation.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll administration and address discrepancies.
- Employee Engagement: Organize activities to boost employee morale and satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Support the development of performance management systems and conduct performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification
- Experience: 2-3 years in HR or related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
