We’re looking for a Sales Officer to join our growing team and help us reach new heights!
About the Role:
As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with clients. You’ll work closely with our sales team to develop strategies and provide exceptional customer service while helping the company achieve its revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and markets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts, and successfully close deals to meet sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including targets, goals, and customer feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive post-sale experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
